John was the one to pitch the idea of Hedgebnb to the other 4 partners. He is based in New York but loves to travel the world. John has extensive experience in sales, marketing and insurance in diverse corporate environments.

Nicolaos I

Nicolaos is a big proponent of equal opportunities and sustainable investments. He has experience in investment banking and financial modeling. He is based in NYC but also has experience in other markets.

Locations of specialization include but not limited to: Honduras, Mexico, Bolivia, Peru, Serbia, Cuba, Kos

Anastasios

Anastasios moved to the US over a decade ago and finished his studies in New York. He has extensive bakckground in the hospitality and has developed a taste for finer things. Anastasios is helping the team develop wholistic solutions for rental properties and offer elevated levels of service.

Locations of specialization include but not limited to: Boston, New York, Miami, Orlando, Kefalonia, Albania

Sofoklis P

Sofoklis is based in London but travels frequently to Europe. He has a wide experience in sales & marketing while also having a deep understanding of the rental industry as we is also managing his own investments. His dream would be to own his own hotel.

Locations of specialization include but not limited to: London, Paris, Madrid, Sifnos, Corfu, Folegandros, Rome

Spyros P

Spyros is based in New York and he brings to the team extensive knowledge on property renovations. Spyros has studied in Italy and is fluent in Italian. He is also the owner of Italian Ambient specializing in importing kitchens from Italy.

Locations of specialization include but not limited to: Milan, Corfu, Palermo, Rome, Crete.
